Samujana will be providing the following infrastructure and facilities for the use of all purchasers:

1. Electricity and water connections up to each plot.
2. Roads and paths to allow vehicle and pedestrian access to the entrance of each plot.
3. A tennis court.
4. Timber decking and a floating pontoon to provide a swimming and
sunbathing platform over the sea.

There are also plans for an independent company to build a restaurant/bar/country club at the top of the land which can be used by owners. It is intended that this will be in the style of existing establishments operated by the same company - see www.fcccambodia.com.
