Phase One
Plots 6-8, 10 and 14-20 (all of which have been sold) comprise 1 Rai plots. Villa 7 is complete with the remaining 9 completing between May - December 2005.

Phase Two
Plots 9 and 11-13 will comprise 10 Duplex Villas, of which 3 have been reserved. These will, like all freestanding Villas, be of similar design and comprise approximately 250 meters square, have 3 ensuite bedrooms, balcony with stunning sea views and own pool. They will share over 10,000 s/meters of communal landscaped gardens leading to the tennis court and planned pool and spa. A 12 month completion time from purchase has been agreed with the builder.

Phase Three
Plots A-K will comprise a mixture of Villa plots and Duplex Villas
