We have put together the recipe for this dish so that you can easily recreate this wonderful delicacy for your family at home. This amazing Pad Thai recipe is easy & can be made in 30 minutes. It starts with fresh ingredients including rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, peanuts and scrambled eggs tossed in a delicious homemade Pad Thai sauce that is so good it tastes like it came from your favourite Thai restaurant. Pad Thai (Stir fried Thai Noodle)
Pad Thai sauce — 30 grams
Sliced Shallot — 5 grams
Tofu — 10 grams
Green Lemon — 1 piece
Rice Noodles — 90 grams
Bean Sprouts — 20grams
Chive Green — 7 grams
Peanut — 5 grams
Egg — 1 piece
1. Add vegetable oil into pan and then shallot, tofu & your choice of protein — usually prawns or chicken.
2. Put some rice noodle. Sauté until noodle becomes soft then put egg.
3. Add Pad Thai sauce & peanut.
4. Put bean sprouts and chive green until cooked.
Pad Thai Sauce
Dried Chili — 1 tsp. or to taste
Fish Sauce — 3 tbsp.
Brown Sugar — 3 tbsp.
Lemon Juice — 2 tbsp.
Tamarind Paste — 2 tbsp.
White Vinegar — 1 tbsp.
Put all ingredients together in the pot to boil then put lemon juice.
