We have put together the recipe for this dish so that you can easily recreate this wonderful delicacy for your family at home. This amazing Pad Thai recipe is easy & can be made in 30 minutes. It starts with fresh ingredients including rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, peanuts and scrambled eggs tossed in a delicious homemade Pad Thai sauce that is so good it tastes like it came from your favourite Thai restaurant. Pad Thai (Stir fried Thai Noodle)
Pad Thai sauce – 30 grams
Sliced Shallot – 5 grams
Tofu – 10 grams
Green Lemon – 1 piece
Rice Noodles – 90 grams
Bean Sprouts – 20grams
Chive Green – 7 grams
Peanut – 5 grams
Egg – 1 piece
1. Add vegetable oil into pan and then shallot, tofu & your choice of protein – usually prawns or chicken.
2. Put some rice noodle. Sauté until noodle becomes soft then put egg.
3. Add Pad Thai sauce & peanut.
4. Put bean sprouts and chive green until cooked.
Pad Thai Sauce
Dried Chili – 1 tsp. or to taste
Fish Sauce – 3 tbsp.
Brown Sugar – 3 tbsp.
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp.
Tamarind Paste – 2 tbsp.
White Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Put all ingredients together in the pot to boil then put lemon juice.
